The Administrator, Tara Doucet,
oversees the day-to-day operations including food services, housekeeping,
laundry, maintenance, reception, and sales. Her multidisciplinary team aims to
provide high quality services and the best boutique-style retirement living for
all of our residents.

The Resident Care Manager (RCM),
Stephanie MacKenzie, works closely with residents and their families to develop and manage their personalized care plan. The
RCM works tirelessly to ensure residents are enjoying the highest quality of life and receiving the most effective care,
while overseeing a close-knit team of care professionals including
nursing staff, personal support workers (PSWs) and the activities coordinator.

Our Red Seal certified Hospitality Manager,
Peter Gareau, leads the dietary team of cooks, wait staff and kitchen staff, directing the quality, preparation, and presentation of meals. Monthly meetings, dietary meetings, daily reports, and resident feedback helps the
Hospitality Manager ensure meals remain unsurpassed, as demonstrated in family survey results.

The Activities Coordinator,
Katie Quinn, has a robust spirit and is often the source of much laughter during socials, pub parties, mystery rides, cooking programs, arts & crafts, trivia competitions, and more. The
activity coordinator encourages residents to participate in activities, adapting the activity calendar to attract diverse interests and abilities, and to minimize any sense of isolation.
In her role, she focusses on 5 main areas to ensure our residents have the
best quality of life possible – Physical, Social, Cognitive, Emotional, and

Our housekeeping team ensures that our building is always clean and fresh. They provide weekly housekeeping and linen service with a smile, and are more than willing to go the extra mile to help residents. They keep resident apartments organized, well groomed and of course, very clean.
The maintenance team keeps our driveways and walkways shovelled and ploughed, conducts repairs as needed, leads our fire safety drills, oversees elevator maintenance, and performs other preventative maintenance. They are electricians, plumbers, painters, and carpenters all rolled into one.
